Warranty Conditions
We extend this limited warranty to the original buyer (first retail purchaser) and guarantee that the product shall be free from manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Conditions of Warranty Activation
The warranty registration card must be filled and received within 10 days of purchase.
The product must be operated in accordance with the user manual.
Covered Components
The company's liability under this warranty is limited to the motor, pump, louver motor, remote control (6 months), and PCB. Any part replaced by the company at its discretion will be a fully functional unit. This warranty applies only to defects that occur under normal operation and proper use.
Non-Covered Scenarios
Products not purchased from authorized distributors or retail stores.
Products altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Products used in combination with substances or accessories not intended for the product.
Products operated with sub-standard or non-sine wave inverters.
Products where documentation of purchase is not available to verify the original purchase date.
Repair Timeframe
The company will make every effort to carry out repairs as quickly as possible, but there is no obligation to repair within a specified timeframe.
Warranty Period Termination
This warranty automatically expires 12 months from the date of purchase, regardless of whether the product was used during that period.
Non-Covered Components
Cooling pads, honeycomb pads, and outer plastic parts are not covered under this warranty. Charges will apply for the replacement of these parts, even if the product is within the warranty period.
Limited Liability
BALKO is not liable for any loss or damage to property, death, or injury resulting from fire, electrical faults, short-circuits, accidental handling, or natural disasters. The company’s liability is limited to the cost of spare parts.
Customer Obligations
The purchaser must retain the original purchase invoice as proof of the purchase date. The purchase invoice should be presented to the service technician during any service request.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this sale or transaction will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts/consumer forums in [city], India.
