Return and Refund Policy
At BALKO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- After this time, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order.
Product Replacement
- If you need to replace any products in your order, please contact our team within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Otherwise, the order will be shipped as originally placed.
Return and Refund Conditions

Eligible Returns & Exchanges:
- If there is a problem with the product quality or it is damaged during transportation, we will offer free return and exchange services.
- If the return is due to the customer’s subjective desire (such as ordering the wrong size or product), we may not accept the return. If you insist on returning the item, you will need to pay for shipping.

- We may offer a partial refund for returned items that are missing original parts, or we can resend the missing parts.

- We do not accept returns or refunds for custom-made products unless it is due to a quality issue or damage during transportation.
Return Policy
- Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt, as confirmed by your tracking number.
- If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your item, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging.
- Please contact us within this time frame to initiate a return or exchange.
Returns Process

- Confirmation: We will confirm the refund amount based on your reason for return and the items in your order.

Return Address: We will provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions.
- Note: If you do not follow the provided return procedure, the warehouse will be unable to receive and process your return package, and we will be unable to issue a refund.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Include your order confirmation email in the returning package.
- Notify Us: Email us to notify that you have sent your return and provide your tracking number if applicable.
- Processing: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.

- If the package was shipped from our factory, return it to our factory.
- If the package was shipped from our warehouse, return it to our warehouse. We will provide the appropriate return address based on your order.
Customer Responsibility
- If the customer does not comply with the return policy, any potential risks and losses will be borne by the customer.

- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank for further information.
