Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays)

Handling Time

• Handling Time: 1 – 2 days. This is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Shipping Time

• Shipping Time: Refers to the duration from when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address. We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 2-5 days for any order, free of charge.

Note: Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
